Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. dark corn syrup, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In medium bowl, beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Arrange pecans on bottom of pie shell. Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans.
Bake on bottom rack of preheated oven set at 400Β° until knife comes out clean.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
