Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. dark karo syrup, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 450°.
Mix sugar, eggs and syrup well.
Add salt, vanilla and melted butter and mix well.
Fold in pecans last.
Bake at 450° on bottom rack for 5 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350°.
When pie starts to brown, turn oven down to 350° and cook until center of pie is firm and done.
