Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, dash of salt, 1 c. dark corn syrup and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs thoroughly.
Stir in sugar and salt until dissolved.
Stir in corn syrup, butter and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake about 1 hour more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
