Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. log cabin syrup, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. pecans and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine sugar, syrup and margarine in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Boil gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Place pecans in pie shell.
Mix eggs, vanilla and salt in bowl.
Stir in cooled syrup.
Pour over pecans in shell.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
