Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. corn syrup, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small bowl with electric mixer, beat eggs slightly.
Mix in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt.
Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake in 400° oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
(Filling should be slightly less set in center than around edge.)
Cool; if desired serve with whipped cream.
