Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten slightly, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. dark karo syrup, 1/2 stick margarine, melted and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar and stir.
Stir in Karo syrup. Add melted margarine and vanilla.
Put pecans in bottom of unbaked crust.
Pour filling over pecans and bake at 350Β° for about 30 to 35 minutes.
(This does better in a crust that is not considered deep-dish.)
