Pecan Logs
Pecan Logs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker mix, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 c. coconut and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla, cracker crumbs, butter and peanut butter together.
Make into small logs.
Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip logs into chocolate. Lay on wax paper until cold.
