Pecan Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. light brown sifted sugar and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks.
Gradually add sifted sugar and vanilla.
Beat until mixed well.
Next, fold in pecans, making sure each one is covered well.
Place each Pecan Kiss on a greased cookie sheet, about 1-inch apart.
Bake at 250Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut oven off, leave in oven until cool.
