Pecan Fudge
Pecan Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/3 to 1/2 stick butter, 1 c. whole milk (can), 2 c. pecans, ground and vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together sugar, milk and pecans.
Cook slowly until firm balls form in water (it will turn a dark color).
Remove from heat.
Add a little vanilla extract and margarine. Whip mixture until thick.
Pour into greased dish. Cool and cut into squares.
