Pecan Crusted Artichoke Dip
Pecan Crusted Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. finely chopped onions, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed - squeezed dry) and 1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook three minutes.
Add spinach - cook 3 to 5 minutes - stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Artichoke, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and hot sauce.
Transfer to an ungreased 1 1/2 Quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Top with pecans and bake 10 minutes more.
