Pecan Crunch Cookies
Pecan Crunch Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together oleo, sugar and vanilla.
Add pecans; stir in flour.
Form into small balls.
Use about 1 teaspoon for each ball.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press balls flat; top with sugar.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
