Pecan Crispies
Pecan Crispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. all-purpose presifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly (at least one minute at creaming speed).
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to mixture.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with a tumbler that has been dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
