Pecan Crescents
Pecan Crescents is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, 2 c. unbleached flour, 2 c. chopped pecans, 5 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and add sugar, vanilla and water.
Sift together flour and salt; stir into butter mixture.
Add pecans and mix thoroughly.
Using portions about the size of a small walnut, roll into crescent shape.
Bake in slow oven, 325Β°, about 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
