Pecan Cheese Pie
Pecan Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (10-inch) pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend first 4 ingredients and pour in pie crust.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Mix eggs in large bowl (blender) at medium speed until frothy.
Add corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat well and pour over pecans.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes on center rack.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Serves 10.
