Pecan Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. dried minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients, except pecans.
Form into a ball. Roll ball in pecans and refrigerate until firm.
Can be made into 1 large ball, 2 medium balls or many mini cheese balls.
Freezes well.
