Pecan Brittle
Pecan Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. corn syrup, 1 c. water, 2 c. pecans and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to 260°.
Add pecans and salt and cook to 290°.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat and add butter and soda.
Stir well and quickly.
Pour in two cookie sheets, buttered.
When cool, break as desired.
