Pecan Bread
Pecan Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder and 2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together in a mixing bowl and stir in the pecans.
Beat eggs vigorously in a separate bowl until very thick; add the milk and stir into the flour-nut mixture.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Turn out of the pan onto a cake rack and cool.
Keeps well wrapped in foil.
