Pecan Bourbon Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. unsalted butter, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/3 c. bourbon, rum or brandy, 3 c. pecan halves and 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream 1/2 cup of butter.
Add sugar and liquor alternately, beating until thick and smooth.
Shape mixture into half teaspoon size balls.
Press a pecan half on each side of ball and chill 20 minutes.
