Melt butter in a casserole dish.
Pour in uncooked rice.
Add onion soup and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until rice is tender, but not dry. Ten minutes before rice is ready, roll chicken livers in flour and stick repeatedly with a fork to prevent popping.
Fry until well done and arrange on top of rice. Serve immediately.
