Pear Pie
Pear Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. flaked coconut, 1/3 c. oleo, melted and 4 large pears, peeled and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Combine flour, sugar and coconut.
Add oleo.
Stir and set aside.
Put 1 cup pears in pie shell.
Top with coconut mixture. Repeat layers until mixture is gone.
Cover pie with aluminum foil.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450°.
Remove foil and reduce heat to 350°.
Bake 30 minutes.
