Pear Pie
Pear Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 pears, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, 4 level tbsp. flour and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and cut up pears (same as for apple pie).
Cream butter, eggs, sugar and flour and add vanilla to mixture.
Mix pears into creamed mixture and pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325Β°.
Can be baked without any crust.
Makes a good dessert.
