Pear Honey
Pear Honey is an easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. ground pears, 1/2 gal. sugar, 2 large cans crushed pineapple and 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel pears, quarter and grind in chopper.
Drain juice.
Put a gallon of ground pears to 1/2 gallon of sugar.
Add crushed pineapple.
Cook for 1hour or until juice is thick.
Add lemon juice (optional).
Seal while hot.
