And pear juice in medium sauce pan. Cook until thickened. Roll 1 pear half in 1 crescent roll and place in a buttered 13 X 9 pan. Pour cooked caramel sauce over pear dumplings. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm in individual serving dishes and top with ice cream then drizzle sauce over ice cream.
