Pear Butter Jam
Pear Butter Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. pears, 4 c. sugar, 1 pt. light karo and nutmeg or cinnamon to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Boil pears until through add sugar and Karo.
Can put in roaster in oven at low heat or can be put on top stove until right consistency.
When cooked on top of stove, extra must be used to avoid scorching. Nutmeg or cinnamon may be added to taste.
Ladle into jars and seal.
