Mix margarine, brown sugar, vanilla and flour until well blended.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Immediately press 1 whole peanut candy into top of each cookie.
Dust lightly with confectioners sugar.
Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
