Peanut Pasta Salad
Peanut Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) pkg. corkscrew macaroni, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, 1 c. salted peanuts, 1 c. cubed cheddar cheese and 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook macaroni, peas and carrots according to directions. Drain and chill in cold water.
Place macaroni and vegetables in a bowl and toss with peanuts, cheese, chopped egg and onion.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper. Stir into macaroni mixture.
Chill until serving time.
