Peanut Fondant
Peanut Fondant is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1/2 c. water and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, syrup and water.
Cook until it hardens when tested in water.
Stir into well beaten egg whites; beat until cool. Roll out on buttered board, then cover with peanut butter.
