Peanut Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. vanilla-flavored confectioners sugar coating, cut up, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 2 c. cashews or peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a heavy, medium saucepan, melt confectioners coating and chocolate pieces over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in peanuts or cashews.
