Preheat oven to 350Β°. Stir together cookie crumbs, nuts and butter; press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter.
Stir in 1 container of whipped topping.
Spread over cooled crust.
