Combine oats, powdered peanut butter in a medium-sized bowl; mix together until the mixture is crumbly. Combine mix, mayonnaise in bowl.
Spray microwave-safe 10 x x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread batter in prepared dish.
Sprinkle with peanut-butter topping. Microwave at for 5 minutes, turning once. Turn again. Microwave
(100%) for 4 minutes. Remove dish to wire rack to cool completely before cutting. Makes 18 brownies.
