Peanut Butter Squares
Peanut Butter Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines yellow cake mix, 1 stick butter, 1 egg, 1/2 c. ground pecans and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 4 ingredients and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Set aside.
Mix sugar, eggs and cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour over bottom mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Score top while hot but do not try and remove until cool. Scoring top while hot prevents further cracking and crumbling when finally removed from pan.
Be sure and "do not" overbake.
Watch your time.
