Peanut Butter Squares
Peanut Butter Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 (18 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter and 1/2 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, brown sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
Using a wooden spoon and rubber spatula, add peanut butter (take off cap and foil, then zap in microwave for about 1 minute to soften).
Then add melted margarine (melt in microwave) and vanilla.
When mixture is well blended, spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan, using fingers to spread evenly.
