Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies
Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter and peanut butter together.
Add sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to sugar/butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
Dough will be stiff.
Put in spritz maker.
Press on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
Do not overbake.
Makes 14 to 16 dozen cookies. Very crispy.
