Peanut Butter Sheet Cake
Peanut Butter Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain flour, 1/2 tbsp. salt, 1 c. water, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1/2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour and measure and sift again with sugar and salt. Put water, margarine and peanut butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over flour mixture.
Mix well.
Combine eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla; mix well.
Add to peanut butter mixture and blend well.
Pour into large sheet cake pan and bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Start making icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
Punch holes in cake with fork as soon as it comes out of oven.
Frost while hot with Peanut Butter Frosting.
