Combine flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
Heat margarine, shortening and water in a pan to boil.
Add peanut butter and pour over mixture; mix well.
Beat eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Add to first mixture.
Bake in greased and floured sheet pan in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
