Peanut Butter Scotchies
Peanut Butter Scotchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add peanut butter and eggs; mix well.
Blend in vanilla and corn syrup.
Set aside.
In another bowl, combine baking soda and oats.
Add to sugar mixture. Mix well.
Blend in chocolate and butterscotch pieces and nuts. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Using knife, spread each cookie into circle.
Bake at 350Β° 8 to 10 minutes.
