Peanut Butter Round Up
Peanut Butter Round Up is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. peanut butter and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine shortening and sugar in mixing bowl.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until well blended in peanut butter.
Sift together flour, salt and soda. Combine with peanut butter.
Stir in oats.
Roll dough to form small balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
With fork, press cookie balls.
If dough sticks to fork, dip in flour. Bake for about 12 minutes.
