Peanut Butter Roll Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. white syrup plus 2 tsp., 1/4 c. water plus 2 tbsp. and 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook sugar, syrup and water until it forms a real hard ball in cold water.
While it is cooking, beat the egg whites.
After syrup forms a hard ball, pour over the beaten egg whites and beat until it comes to a peak to be handled.
Then pour out on a powdered sugar dough board.
Fold over a time or two, then divide it into 3 parts for easier handling.
