Peanut Butter Roll
Peanut Butter Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. white karo, 2 egg whites, beaten stiff and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil sugar, water and Karo until it spins a thread when spoon is lifted out of syrup.
Pour syrup over egg whites slowly.
Add enough powdered sugar to make soft dough.
Turn out on board lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread peanut butter and roll up jelly roll style. Slice in 1/2-inch slices.
