Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving) pkg. jell-o sugar-free, instant, french vanilla pudding mix, 2/3 c. nonfat carnation dry milk powder, 1 1/3 c. water, 6 tbsp. peter pan reduced fat chunky peanut butter and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk and water.
Mix well using a wire whisk.
Blend in peanut butter and 1/2 cup Cool Whip.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Spread remaining 1/2 Cool Whip over set filling.
Just before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel over top.
