Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant), 1 small container cool whip or nondairy whipped topping mix and 1 baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar until crumbly. Place in baked pie shell.
Reserve 1 tablespoonful for topping. Make vanilla pudding mix and place on top of peanut butter mixture.
After pudding cools, cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
