Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. milk and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk; beat until smooth.
Gently fold in Cool Whip; pour into pie shell.
This will make a very full crust, but it's not enough for 2 crusts.
Freeze 4 to 6 hours.
Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
I like to serve mine straight from the freezer.
Store leftover pie in freezer.
