Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz cream cheese, 1 c confectioners sugar, 1/2 c crunchy peanut butter, 9 oz non dairy whipped topping and chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Bake pie shell or graham cracker crust.
Beat cream cheese until softened; blend in confectioners sugar.
Add peanut butter and beat.
Fold 3/4 of the whipped topping into the above mixture. pour into pie shell.
Swirl chocolate syrup over top and cover with remaining whipped topping.
This can be served soon after it is made or it can be frozen.
