Heat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare cake batter according to package directions; set aside.
In saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter chips with milk, stirring constantly, until blended.
Add peanut butter mixture while warm to cake batter.
Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until blended, about 2 minutes.
Fill ice cream cone cup 2/3 to 3/4 full with batter.
Place upright in regular muffin cups or 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely.
