Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil for one minute.
Remove from heat; add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and salt.
Stir to mix well.
Drop from a spoon onto wax paper.
Let cool thoroughly; then they are ready to eat.
Makes approximately 20 cookies.
