Peanut Butter Loaf
Peanut Butter Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. granulated or firmly packed light or dark brown sugar, 1 tbsp. double-acting baking powder, 1 c. skim milk and 1/3 c. less 1 tsp. chunky peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
On paper plate or sheet of wax paper combine dry ingredients; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium bowl, wire whisk or fork, combine remaining ingredients, beating until egg is blended (peanut butter and margarine will lumpy).
Stir in dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Pour into sprayed pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes (until golden and a cake tester, inserted in center, comes out dry).

Remove and let cool completely.
To serve, cut into 12 equal slices.
