Peanut Butter Lo-Cal Snackies
Peanut Butter Lo-Cal Snackies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter and 3 1/2 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed to 2 1/2 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Butter 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup and both sugars.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture just comes to a boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.
Add corn flake crumbs.
Mix with rubber scraper until evenly coated.
Press into pan with back of buttered spoon.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
