Peanut Butter Kisses
Peanut Butter Kisses is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter flavor crisco, 1 c. creamy peanut butter, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar and 1 cup sugar in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended.
Dough will be stiff.
Form dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Take out and press milk chocolate kiss in center of each cookie. Return to oven and bake 3 more minutes.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
Then remove to cooling racks.
