Peanut Butter Kisses
Peanut Butter Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. creamy peanut butter, 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 2 large eggs and 48 foil covered chocolate kisses (at least a 9 oz. bag), unwrapped and set aside, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix 1st 3 ingredients until well blended. With floured hands (mixture will be sticky), roll teaspoons into 1 1/4-inch diameter balls and place 1/2-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 350Β° until cookies look dry and tops are cracked.
Be careful not to overbake.
Remove from oven and immediately place a chocolate kiss into center of each, pressing down lightly to flatten cookie.
Cool for 2 minutes.
Remove from sheet.
Store in covered container for up to three weeks.
