Mix all together, except kisses, until blended.
With floured hands, roll into 1 1/4-inch balls.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 14 minutes, until cookies look dry with tops cracked.
Remove and press a chocolate kiss in center of each.
